McCARTHY (St John's Court, Sandymount, Dublin and late of Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim) - July 5, 2014, at Our Lady's Manor, Dalkey, Co. Dublin, in her 104th year, Veronica (Vera), beloved wife of the late Michael. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Beth, her sons Fr. Dermod, Mel and Michael, son-in-law, Joe Earley, daughter-in-law, Rovena, grandchildren and their spouses, great-grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, the wonderful caring staff of Our Lady's Manor, former colleagues in Leitrim County Library and many friends. May she rest in peace. Her remains will lie in repose in Quinn's Funeral Home, Glasthule, Co. Dublin this Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm. A Mass of Farewell will be celebrated tomorrow, Tuesday in the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady, Dalkey at 11.30am after which her remains will be conveyed privately to St. Patrick's Church, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim. Requiem Mass there on Wednesday at 11am. Her funeral will take place afterwards to Fenagh Abbey Cemetery, Co. Leitrim. Family flowers only please.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis
