McDERMOTT (Carlow) - March 3, 2015, (unexpectedly), at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, John, "Onedin", Clonmore, Killeshin, beloved husband of Carmel and much loved father of Michelle, Olivia, Natasha, Eunice and Sean; very sadly missed by his family, brothers Frank and Fr. Joe, sisters Phyllis and Anne, sons-in-law Douglas, John and Maudo, daughter-in-law Marie, grand children Cáelán, Bláithín, Dáithí, Fionn, Jyles, Ismail and Sophia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends R.I.P Reposing at his home from 12 noon tomorrow (Friday) followed by removal at 6pm to the Cathedral of the Assumption to arrive for 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Killeshin Cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu to Carlow County Hospice.
