THOMPSON Geoff (Rushy) (late of the Irish Sun) - October 29, 2011, (peacefully), after a short illness in Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, beloved father of Nick, Hayley, Alice and Connor and grandfather of Lucy; sadly missed by his loving family, his mother Marjorie, brother John and sisters Joan and Eileen. Sports ran through Geoff's veins and as the final whistle blew for the football games in the UK, Geoff also knew this was his time to go. Funeral Service will be held tomorrow (Friday) 4th November in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross at 2 o'clock followed by cremation. Geoff's family request that you wear an item in the colour of your favourite sporting team but no football shirts please. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
