CREEVY (Tara Haven, Mount Alexander, Gorey, Co. Wexford) - April 8, 2006 (suddenly), at his residence, Philip, dearly loved husband of Maureen and loving father of David and Shane; deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, mother, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. Rest in peace. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11 o'clock in St Michael's Church, Gorey, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin at 1.30 o'clock
