MURPHY Marie (née Quinlan) August 14, 2014, (14 Holy Cross Gardens, Rock Road, Killarney, Co Kerry and formerly of Kilsarcon, Currow, Co. Kerry). Relict Seamus Murphy N.T. Kilsarcon (died 1988). Survived by her brother Donal Quinlan U.K., pre-deceased by her brother Professor John Quinlan, Chair of New Testament, St Patrick's College, Maynooth, formerly of Fontbonne College MO., USA and Notre Dame (The Fighting Irish USA) (Fr Sean). Former Chaplin Royal Irish Fusiliers, WW.II, her brother Michael, Sqdn. Ldr (Pilot Short Sterling) RAF, Bomber Command WWII, her sister Kathleen Meehan, late of O'Sullivan's Place, Killarney and Irish Tourist Office, Killarney. Her life being celebrated by her son Joe (Comdt Rtd.) Irish Army Air Corp and late of Irish Aviation Authority, his daughters, Caroline and Jennifer, her son Dan, (Garda Sergeant Retired), Bridewell and Kilmainham, Dublin, his wife Susan (née Powerderly), nieces and nephews and wide circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing this Monday evening at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney from 3.00pm to 5.00pm with removal at 5.00pm to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Currow. Funeral Mass at 12.30pm Tuesday next with burial afterwards at Kilsarcon Cemetery. No flowers please (Marie liked them growing), donations in lieu to a charity of your choice.
