CUNNINGHAM, Dama (Redmond Daniel) (Glenageary, Co. Dublin and formerly of Waterford) June 26, 2022. In the gentle care of all the staff of the Cedar Ward at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Adored and loving husband of Joan (Hobson) and loving brother of Peter, sisters Rhoda, Tricia and the late Pidgeon. He will be hugely missed by Joan, his brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Dama will be reposing this (Wednesday) evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm at Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94XK28. A Humanist Ceremony will take place tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.00am in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6W HY98. The ceremony can be viewed online using the following link: https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/. No flowers please. Dama was a near-neighbour of mine for a while. He and a friend went to the English Derby. So stylish were they, a big photograph featured in an English tabloid. My condolences to everyone close to him.
