JONES, (née Byrne), Carmel, (1934 - 2023), (Sutton, Dublin 13), June 5, 2023, (peacefully), in the loving care of her family, Carmel was predeceased by Dermot, her best friend and husband for 65 years, she will be sadly missed by her family, children Carol, Anne Marie, David, Claire and Julie, daughter-in-law Marie, sons-in-law Ronan, Emmet and Barry, her treasured grandchildren Catherine, Jessica, Ciara, Stephen, Hannah, Fionn, Sibéal, Tom, Mikie, Charlie, Grace and Dan, great grandchildren Bobby, Chloe, Isabelle and Lily, her sister Bernie, and her wider family and friends. A celebration Mass for Carmel's life will be held in St. Fintan’s Parish Church, Sutton tomorrow (Thursday), at 11.00 o'c followed by cremation in Glasnevin cemetery. House private on Wednesday.
