REID, John Charles (Ashford, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Bangor, Co. Down) – November 16, 2024, in his 89th year, in the peaceful care of the dedicated ICU staff at Blackrock Clinic. Deeply missed by his wife of sixty-one years Jackie, devoted daughters Jane, Suzie and Claire, son-in-law Mike and by his nine beloved grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Funeral Service on Friday (November 22) at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the RNLI, Wicklow Mountain Rescue and Trees for Life. May his generous fun loving spirit inspire us all as he rests in peace.
