O'BEIRNE Aidan (Scariff, Co. Clare) May 21, 2015 - Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the Galway clinic. Sadly missed by his loving wife, Sile daughter Arlene and sons Darryl and Oran and his adoring grandchildren, daughters-in-law Liz and Grainne and son-in-law Mark. Deeply regretted by his brother Gerard, sister-in-law Colette, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Cremation service this coming Monday afternoon in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 3.00 o'clock.

For two summers I - a Dutch teenager - was welcomed into the remarkable O'Beirne family as Deirdre's friend, some 40 years ago. It was warm and inspiring. In my memory you're all in the flower of your youth or adulthood. Bon courage, Sile.
