BREEN, Sara Ann (Sal) (née Wallnutt), Rathfarnham June 9th 2021, peacefully, under the unstinting care and attention of Prof. Sean Gaine and his staff at the Pulmonary Hypertension Unit and the kind staff of the SCU and ICU, Mater Hospital Dublin. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Martin and beloved daughter Sarah-Kate, sister Marie-Therese, brother Charles, sisters-in-law Sylvia and Mary, brothers-in-law Gerry, Pat and his wife Evelyn, Jim and his wife Lill , Michael and his wife Noreen, nephews and nieces Stephanie, Carrie, Alicia and Alex, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of loving friends. Rest in Peace. In accordance with government guidance, a private Requiem Mass will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at 10.00 am. in the Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue, which may be viewed on www.beechwoodparish.com. Transfer after Mass to St. Senan’s Church, Kilrush, Co. Clare for a liturgy at 3.30 pm. which may be viewed on www.kilrushparish.com followed by burial at New Shanakyle Cemetery. ‘To live in Hearts we leave behind – is not to die’
