O'CONNELL - Emmett KCSG, KCHS, KMG. (Knight of St Gregory, Knight of Malta, Knight of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem) Raheenduff House, Foulksmills, Co. Wexford, and formerly of South Bronx, New York City. Emmett died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on September 14, 2024. Predeceased by his sister Deidre O’Connell, and sadly missed by his adoring wife Ray, his children Róisín, Robert, Emmet and Óisin, daughters-in-law Lynnie and Karla, son-in-law Marc, grandchildren Fionn, Enya, Oscar, Caoimhin, Aoibhinn, Maedbh, Kieran, Erin and Brendan, nieces and nephews. At Rest Reposing at home privately. Funeral Mass on tomorrow (Wednesday) September 18, at 12 noon in St. Aidan’s Church Clongeen, Y35 T995, Co. Wexford, followed by burial at St Adain’s Cemetery, Fethard-on-Sea, Co Wexford. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam uasa

O'CONNELL - On the occasion of the first Anniversary of the passing of Emmett OConnell, KSG, KM, KCHS, Raheenduff House, Foulksmills, Co Wexford, adored husband of Ray, loving father to Roisin, Robert-Emmet and Oisin and doting grandfather to his nine grandchildren, Ray and family would like to extend their sincere thanks for the expressions of sympathy received at their time of loss. Mass will be offered for their intentions.
