LEWIS Jack (Dalkey, Australia, Emeritus Professor Ag. Economics) April 9, 2014 in the loving and excellent care of all at the Blackrock Hospice. Dearly loved and loving husband of Maggie. Devoted father to Claire, Stephen and grandchildren Simon, Jeremy, Graham and Ashley. Sadly missed by his family, sisters-in-law Betty, Rena and Geraldine, loving and loved stepson Julian, devoted and loved nieces and nephews, kind friends and neighbours. Body donated to Science.
