Professor Emeritus of Organisational Psychology and Management, MIT and founding director of NITM, UCD. Beloved husband of Joan M. (Gilmartin) Allen. Loving father of Thomas J. Allen M.D. and his wife Fleur of Avondale Heights, VIC, Australia, Susan M. Golden and her husband Michael of Marblehead, MA, USA and Mairin A. Friday and her husband Jason of Marshfield, MA, USA. Cherished grandfather of Eamonn, Declan and Niamh Golden and of Molly, Meg and Aislinn Friday. Caring brother of John M. Allen of Newark, NJ, USA. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends throughout North America and Europe. May he Rest in Peace.
