O'KEEFFE Jack (John Joseph) (Meadowbrook Court, Ballinteer Road, Dundrum, Dublin) Died June 19, 2012 - Jack's children wish to thank most sincerely; their family and friends; Jack's colleagues in DIT, the Bolton Trust and St. Kieran's Enterprise Centre; all who sympathised with them and supported them, wether they sent cards, came to the house, or attended Jack's funeral and interment; the staff of St. James' Hospital who looked after Jack with such professionalism and compassion during his final illness; the staff in Fanagans Funeral Directors; the clergy of Holy Cross Parish Church who conducted the funeral Mass and whose spiritual support and counsel Jack was so grateful for throughout his life. A Mass for your intentions will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, Dundrum in grateful appreciation.
