McGOWAN, Philomena (née Hunter) (Claremorris, Bundoran, Mullies and Malin Head) January 6, 2017. Suddenly at home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Hugh, son Hugo, grandchildren Ann Feeley and Tiernan Hunter McGowan. Beloved mother of Regina McGarrigle (Castlebar), Fabian (Kinlough), Derry Feeley (Kinlough), Thomas Hunter McGowan (Cork), Connie Cosgrove (Claremorris), Natalie Hoey (Dublin), Anselm (Ballyroan), Orla Wright (Adelaide) and Melanie Flannery (The Neale). Sorely missed by her thirty-one grandchildren and her eleven great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, extended family and friends. Reposing at Gilligan's Funeral Home Claremorris this (Wednesday) from 6.00pm with removal at 8.00pm to St. Colman's Church Claremorris. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Thursday) at 11.00am. With burial afterwards in St. Ninnidh's Cemetery, Bundoran at 2.00 o'c approximately. House strictly private please.Ar Dheis Dé go Raibh a hAnam
