DOYLE (Dalkey, Co Dublin late of Dun Laoghaire Corporation) - August 23, 2014 (peacefully) in the loving care of the Dalkey Community Unit. In his 86th year, Richard (Dick), dearly beloved husband of Laura, loving father and friend of Derek. Very sadly missed by his wife, son, dear daughter-in-law Suzanne, grand- daughter Rachel, brother Jim, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand- nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home today (Monday) from 2pm to 4pm with removal to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey arriving for 6pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
DOYLE Richard (Dick) (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) died August 23, 2014. - As we lovingly remember Dick on the First Anniversary of his death, his wife Laura, son Derek, daughter-in-law Suzanne and granddaughter Rachel would like to sincerely thank extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends, for their support, love and kindness at the time of our sad loss, those who called to the house, those who attended his removal and funeral Mass and those who sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy. Special thanks to Fr. Declan Gallagher who officiated at the funeral Mass, Finbarr Madden, sacristan, and Martin Byrne and all the staff of Quinns Funeral Home, Glasthule. Our eternal gratitude to Dr. Helen Cronin, our family GP and to Dr. McGrath, the nurses and carers at the Dalkey Community Unit and Rehab/Slan Abhaile for their loving care and kindness to Dick over the years. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
