HANLEY, (Sligo), June 15, 2017, (peacefully) at Sligo University Hospital. Patricia, (Marie), (Carrowcrin, Ballisodare Bay, Co. Sligo and formerly of Rathfarnham, Dublin). Member of the RTE singers for 30 years approx. Loved poetry and wrote poetry. Deeply missed by her loving family, sisters Nuala and Aoife and brother Michael, nephew, niece, grandnieces and grandnephews, her cousins Collete, David, Mary, Josephine and extended family, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. A Special thanks to Dr. Siobhan Tobin, Dr. Michael Martin and all the nurses at Sligo University Hospital. Memorial Masses have been offered for the repose of her soul. Private Cremation took place in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Patricia (Pat) was my chilhood neighbour and lifelong friend. Her loyalty and caring, in good times and greydays, was total. Pat is a household name in our family - an irreplacable friend. Inez Heron-Leo.
