Funeral Service at St Christopher's Church, Cheam, Surrey, Tuesday, August 8 at 10 o'clock, followed by burial at Ashley Road Cemetery, Epsom. Donations may be sent to St Raphael's Hospice, London Road, North Cheam, Surrey, SM3 9DX.
