HICKEY, (Dublin) Geraldine. (Nutley Park, Donnybrook). April 25, 1926 – January 1, 2019. ‘Ireland’s Queen’ very peacefully in her daughter Mona’s residence, Nutley Lane, in Mona’s arms ten minutes after the bells rang out, whilst listening to Enya. Much loved mother to Daniel, Gerard and Mona. Will be missed by her daughters-in-law Valerie and Emily and son-in-law James and her good friend Gladys. Admired and adored by her grandchildren Nicola Geraldine, Morgan, Caroline, Caoimhe, Aisling and Eimear, Joe, Michael and Matthew. In accordance with mum’s wishes a private family funeral took place on January 4, 2019 at Avila, Dublin. Rest in Peace Mum.
