WATERSTONE, Simon John (Donnybrook, Dublin 4) – May 31, 2023, suddenly, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his mother Gay; Simon is survived by his wife Maria Valderas, children Eric and Elena, father Desmond, brother Harry Desmond and by his extended family and friends. Funeral Service on Friday (June 9) at 12.00 noon in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. No flowers please.
