REID, Elaine (February 7, 2012) - On this the first anniversary of Elaine's passing, Noel, Hazel, Shirley, Karen, Nicola, Andrew, along with our extended family thank most sincerely all who sympathised on our sad loss, sent letters, cards, Mass cards, floral tributes and other messages of sympathy. Our thanks also to all who attended the memorial service, to Rev. Ted Wood, Rev. Anne Taylor, David Wilkinson and the Rathfarnham Parish choir. We acknowledge with gratitude the professional care shown by Professor Crown and his dedicated team at St. Vincent's hospital and to the palliative care nursing staff at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross. For the kindness and devotion shown to Elaine, finally a special thank you to all her great friends both at home and abroad for their love and support over many years. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our grateful appreciation.
