MORAN Carol (née McNamee) (Navan) (April 2, 2016) - In loving remembrance of Carol on her First Anniversary, Carol's family would like to thank all those who sympathised with them on their very sad loss. Their sincere gratitude goes out to all those who attended the removal, funeral, sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and for the many kind and thoughtful gestures throughout the past year. A special thanks to the Meath Palliative Care team and the Community Care Nurses who assisted in caring for Carol in her final days.
