ROONEY, John (Westport, Co. Mayo and late of Ranelagh, Dublin) - Wednesday, October 7, 2020. Johnnie sailed away on calm seas after a rough passage. He will be deeply missed by his wife Penny, children Simon, Neil and Kate, and by Fearga and Fionn, his in-laws, many friends and his adored grandchildren Orpen, Aleksei, Penny and Kitty. A private funeral will take place in Mount Jerome on Tuesday 13th Oct 2020. No flowers. Donations in lieu to RNLI.
