TAHENY, Gerard Martin (Gerry), (Sydney Australia formerly of Market Street, Sligo) - July 17, 2014, (peacefully), in Sydney, after a short illness, deeply loved by his wife Maggie (McElhill) and son Derry; sadly missed by his loving sisters and brothers, Frances, Carol, Derry, Alan (Sligo) and Brian (Toronto). Fond brother-in-law to the McElhill family, Lettercran, Co. Donegal. Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Admired and missed by his many friends in Ireland, UK and Australia. A Memorial Service for Gerry will be held on Sunday August 24 at 12.30pm in Canis Major, Clarion Hotel, Clarion Road, Sligo. Family and friends welcome to join the family for refreshments after the Service.
