CHAMBERLAIN, Brian - March 9, 2012, passed away peacefully at home with his family. Will be greatly missed by his loving family, wife Sheila, daughters Gail and Carol (de Wilde), son-in-law Mike, granddaughters Ashley and Izzy. Thanks giving Service today (Monday) in St. Thomas' Church, Foster Avenue at 12 o'c followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Donations to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross Homecare team, if desired, in lieu of flowers.God is Love
