MCGRATH, (née Ryan) Patricia (Pat) (Rathfarnham, Dublin) (Past Captain Old Conna GC, also Leinster T.C, Pembroke Wanderers H.C) 8th June 2021 (peacefully) in the care of the staff of St Glady’s Nursing Home Harold’s Cross, beloved wife of the late Charlie, predeceased by her son Paul, twin sister Pam and sister Margaret, she will be sadly missed by her brothers-in-law Frank and Tony, niece Hazel, nephews Keith and David, relatives, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace. In accordance with government guidelines, a private Funeral mass will take place on Friday 11th June at 10am and can be viewed on the following link https://www.ballyroanparish.ie/.Family flowers only.
