HICKEY, Dr. William Patrick Neil (Donnybrook and formerly of the Rotunda Hospital) November 16, 2014 - As we approach his First Anniversary, Billy is fondly remembered by those who loved him. All of the Hickey family continue to reflect on the support and kindness extended to us at the time of his death and since. To all the people who attended the house and funeral, sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy, we are truly grateful. Sincere thanks to the staff of the Oncology Unit at The Mater Private Hospital for their devoted care throughout his illness. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. And you smile down on us
- eternally

Deepest Sympathy

To the family of Dr Hickey,You don't know me, nor have we ever met, but I wanted to pass on my deepest sympathy for the death or your husband and father. I am one in a countless number of his rotunda babies. He is literally the man who pulled me into this world, and if that's not something to be thankful for, I don't know what is. My mom speaks of him often with great warmth, about how wonderful he was to her throughout her pregnancy journey right up to the moment of delivery. We wished to acknowledge his work, and give to you our sincere sympathy.Jennifer Bailey
