Aunty Kit

Aunty Kit had invited Jack and myself over for Christmas 1975. We arrived at Dublin Airport, met by Bill, David and Ann. On the bus I said 'wouldn't it be great if Mum (Mimi Allan) was there. And she was, sitting beside the Christmas tree waiting for us when we got to the house having travelled all the way from Africa). That Christmas could not have been much better ..thanks to Aunty Kit and her family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you .

Love Patricia Pearson (Allan), Colin, Allan and David.

Aunty Kit
I have fond memories of staying with Aunty Kit and family in the summer holidays and being treated like one of the family. She had many tales to tell and when she got together with my mother Mimi, they would sit for hours reeling off stories from their childhood. She made the long solo journey to Norwich for our wedding in her late 70's, 19 years ago which showed the courage and determination she had. Thinking of you all at this very sad time.
