MURPHY, (formerly of Forglen, Fennel's Bay, Crosshaven and late of Bishopstown, Cork), December 1, 2016, (peacefully), at Oaklodge Nursing Home, Churchtown South, Cloyne, Joan (nee Hawe). Dearly loved wife of the late James E. and much loved mother of Gerds (Morris), John (Alberta, Canada), Mark, David Lombard and the late Shay. Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Ina, brothers David and Michael, relatives and friends. Lying in repose at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O'Connor Ltd on Sunday from 2pm followed by Rosary at 5.00pm. Reception prayers on Monday at 11.45am followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon in The Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Crosshaven.
