Dublin) - December 18, 2014, (peacefully), in her 88th year, in the loving care of Ferndene Nursing Home, Blackrock, beloved wife of the late Bill, dearly loved mother of David, Robin and the late Anne, mother-in-law of Fionnuala and Debbie, dear grandmother of Julia, Sarah, Liam and Stephen; she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service on Monday, December 22, at 11.00 o'clock in St. Philip's &amp; St. James's Church, Cross Avenue, Blackrock, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.</p>

<p>She was so brilliant and caring</p> I just found out today. I am really sad; she was my dearest friend at Ferndene. I am grateful I had the chance to meet such an amazing woman, May she rest in peace.
