MURPHY, Tom (Booterstown, Co. Dublin) March 12, 2019 (peacefully) at home. Beloved husband of Odile and loving father of Gary, Barrie-John, Philippa and Edward. He and his witty tales will be greatly missed by his family, his brothers Gerry and James, his sister Mary, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. From Blackrock College, to Germany to the USA and back to Dublin, he ventured far and wide. Rest in peace Tom. Reposing on Monday afternoon ( March 18) at Carnegie Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue arriving at 9.50 am for Requiem Mass at 10.00 am. In lieu of flowers, any optional donations to Blackrock Hospice or Irish Daffodil Day is preferred.
