McCAFFERTY - Tony, Rathcoole and formerly Wexford, First Anniversary occurs on 23 November. Anne, Kate, Hugh and extended family want to thank all who supported us during Tonys illness and since his death. To our families, relatives, friends, neighbours, ex work colleagues in PRAI and Guinness, who visited, brought food, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy and attended funeral services, it was much appreciated. Special thanks go to the teams at Charlie OToole Unit, Tallaght Hospital, Rathcoole Health Centre, Hospice Harolds Cross, ILFA, Centric Medical and Reillys Pharmacy St. Jamess Gate and the compassionate carers from Be Independent Home Care. The kindness and camaraderie has made our great loss more bearable.
