FITZGERALD - Derek (Ballinacurra Gardens, Limerick and late of Fairview, Dublin) - Peacefully, in the excellent care of Milford Care Centre, on August 27, 2025. Sadly missed by his loving children Dara, Ciara, Gareth and Conor, partner Barbara and her son Mark, by his daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, sister Paula, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by Phyllis, brother Eddie and sister Adrienne. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam Dílis. Requiem Mass will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Childers Road, Limerick, on Saturday, September 6, at 12 noon, followed by private Cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Milford Care Centre.
