NORTON, Michael (Foxrock, Dublin) December 10, 2022 (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved husband for 53 years of Mary Lou and father of John, Robert, Louise and Andrew. Sadly missed by his family, his grandchildren Ceara, Riley, James, Finley, Líle, Bailey, Kai, Erin and Éila, great grandchildren Skylar, Maddox and Camberie, brother Des, stepbrother Brendan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass on Monday (December 19) at 11.00am. in the Church of The Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. The Mass may be viewed on www.donnybrookparish.ie and the committal on www.dctrust.ie/location/glasnevin/chapel-webstream.html

The noble heart of Mike Norton has stopped and he has begun his journey towards the gates of heaven.We have to accept the fact that the Lord is there to take care of him now.My deepest condolences are with the bereaved family.

Mr. Michael Norton, Head of Finance in Emirates Group Dubai till 1987/88, was not only very good looking and genial but a very effective, kind and religious leader which endeared him even more to all. I recollect warmly his visits to our dept during his few trips to Dubai. He will be surely and sorely missed by all. May God bless his soul, his family and his dear ones.
