O'CONNELL - Anne, (nee Kearns), Booterstown, Co. Dublin. Anne’s children, Killian, Brenda and Fiona together with their extended families would like to acknowledge with deep gratitude the kindness and solidarity from friends, neighbours and extended family in this past month. The restrictions on funeral attendance and gatherings made things very difficult and we are all extremely grateful to those who sympathised on our recent sad loss. Thank you to all those who stood outside the Church or Crematorium or phoned, texted, emailed, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, left condolences on RIP.ie <http://rip.ie/> or sent flowers, or dropped over food or wine. It all meant so much to us at this difficult time. Thank you again to Gerard Cullen and all the wonderful team at Fanagans Funeral Home. Thank you also to Moms home carers, Chimango, Onneetse, Tinca and Bernie who looked after her so well and her PHN Julie Mee. Thank you also for the kindness and compassion of her wonderful palliative team, Treasa, Mary, Ann-Marie and Olga. We hope to be able to raise a glass with you all in Anne’s honour when life is allowed to return to ’normal’. We will remember and hold you in our hearts forever, Mom, mother-in-law, granny, sister, aunt, friend.
