GLEESON (née Marnell) Kathleen (Glasnevin and Donnybrook) - March 7, 2016, (peacefully), at St. Vincent's University Hospital, beloved wife of the late James and loving mother of Marion, Dympna and Kathleen; she will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Connell, Patrick and Kevin, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thanks to the Clinical and Nursing Staff of St. Lucy's Ward, St. Vincent's University Hospital. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 10am at the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, followed by burial at Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Paul's Section). House private, please. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society, 43/45 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4 or www.cancer.ie."May she rest in peace"

She was a very joyful and loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-​grandmother - I am very saddened by her passing. Dublin will never be the same for me. Kathleen Corrigan
