TANSEY-DALY (Joe) (Dublin, late of Joe Daly Cycles) (Died February 15, 2010) - Paul, Bernadette, Francis, Catherine, David, Claire, along with daughters-in-law Marie and Orla, sister-in-law Violet, son-in-law Robbie, Claire's partner Mac and all Joe's relatives, wish to thank most sincerely all those who travelled long distances, especially Michael and Leo Tansey, and the Nolans (Scotland) to be with the family. Our special thanks to the community of Dundrum, Joe's dear friends including Percy and Hilda Marshall and Stephen Riney, his dear friend Maureen and all the wonderful neighbours in Westbrook Road, Dundrum. To Monsignor O'Doherty (Holy Cross Church, Dundrum) for assisting in and presiding over the funeral arrangements. To the GardaĆ at Dundrum station for their kind assistance, support and escorts during the removal. To the wonderful staff both past and present at Joe Daly Cycles for their enormous and continual support. To the consultants, doctors, nurses and staff at St Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park (Dublin) for their exceptional and devoted care of Joe. To the many well wishers, too numerous to mention who attended the funeral service and celebration of Joe's life. To those who sat with, who wrote kind letters, called to the shop, sent flowers, Mass Cards and cards of sympathy. As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement of your kindness and support will be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.Joe, always with us, forever in our hearts.
