FINAN, Gabrielle, Tawnytaskin, Burma Road, Strandhill, Co.Sligo, January 20th 2025, peacefully, in her 87th year, in the exceptional care of Sligo University Hospital and North West Hospice. Predeceased by her parents Padhraic and Kathleen, brother Michael and sister Sr. Marie (Ursuline, Sligo). She will be sadly missed by her sister Sr. Norrie (Bon Secours, Cork), brothers Paddy, Joe and Austin, sisters-in-law Veronica, Pat and Maura, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) today, Tuesday January 21st from 5pm until 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated tomorrow, Wednesday January 22nd at 11am in Saint Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Co.Sligo. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed via www.churchservices.tv/strandhill Burial will follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Family home strictly private.
