SMITH, William Percival Wills (Billy) (Newcastle, Co. Wicklow) – August 23rd, 2022, peacefully, in the care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, to the inexpressible grief of his beloved wife Jane, his much loved sons Robert and Stephen, their wives Mairéad and Morgane and precious granddaughter Mia; he will be deeply missed by his brothers Robert, Dudley and Peter, sisters-in-law Penny and Vanessa (McCarthy), Anne (Horseman), brother-in-law Charley together with their families, relatives and his wide circle of friends. Many will remember Billy on his vintage tractor on St. Patrick’s Day. Removal today (Friday) to Newcastle Parish Church, walking from Newcastle Community Centre at 11.00am, arriving for Funeral Service at 11.30am, followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.
