MURTAGH, Doreen who died on October 4, 2018, (late of Riverdale, Raharney, Co. Westmeath). Doreen's husband Shay, daughters Gillian and Sinead, son Ciaran with her brothers and sisters wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them on their very sad loss of a much loved, wife, mother, grandmother, sister. Heartfelt gratitude to everyone who called to our home, who sent Mass cards, perpetual enrolments, letters and sympathy cards. Warm thanks to our work colleagues in Shay Murtagh Precast along with our neighbours in Raharney, Killucan and local GardaĆ who co-ordinated the traffic arrangements and supported us in so many ways. Special thanks to Doreen's friends including the "Class of '68" from the Telephone Exchange in Dublin and Delvin Ladies Golf Club for their guard of honour. Fr. Mark English who celebrated Doreen's funeral Mass and spoke so eloquently about her life. Fr. Gallagher, Fr. Mohan, Fr. Gilroy, Fr. Monks who concelebrated Mass. To Fr. Frank and Fr. Mark who visited Doreen in hospital, they were a great source of strength. To Catherine for her beautiful rendition of hymns that Doreen dearly loved. The Staff at St Vincent's Private Hospital for their care of Doreen in her last weeks of illness. Brendan Ennis Undertaker for looking after all the arrangements at such a sensitive time. As it is not possible to thank each person individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
