BYRNE (Shankill, Co. Dublin, formerly Thomas Street, Gorey, Co. Wexford) - March 8, 2012; James William (Liam) peacefully at St. Vincent's Hospital. Deeply loved and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Alice, children David, Gavin, Lisa and Claire, daughters-in-law Aisling and Mih Chian, son-in-law Liam and all his cherished grandchildren Erin, Oisín, Áine, Ciara and Cian, survived by his loving brother Matt, sister Sheila, sister-in-law Pamela Byrne and brother-in-law Jimmy Fanning. Removal from St. Vincent's Hospital to his home today (Saturday), family and friends welcome from 3pm to 8pm. Leaving family home tomorrow (Sunday) for Murphy's Funeral Home, The Avenue, Gorey. Reposing from 3pm to 6pm. Departing Funeral Home at 10am on Monday (March 12) for 11am Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church, Gorey followed by burial in St. Michaels' Cemetery. Flowers optional or donations to St. Vincent's Palliative Care Medicine. Grateful appreciation to staff of the Emergency Dept., St Laurence's Ward, the Chaplaincy team and the Palliative Care team who provided exception care and attention.
