McNAMARA, Eleanor (née Flynn), (Ponyfield, Bunnavalley, Athlone) August 23, 2019, (peacefully), in her one hundred and first year, under the excellent care of the staff of Cedar House Nursing Home, Dublin, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Jackie, predeceased by her daughter Mary and son John. Sadly missed by her loving family, Anne (Murtagh), Michael, Deirdre (Hogan), Eleanor, Jim, sons-in-law Harman, Declan and Stephen, daughters-in-law Joan and Andrée, Jim's fiancée Róisín, her grandchildren Vanessa, Harman, Troy, Cillian, Ivor, Neil, Garbhan, Alva and Laura, her great-grandchildren Emile and Claude, her extended family and friends. Reposing at The Strand, Athlone tomorrow (Sunday) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Mass at 11.00am on Monday, in Ss Peter and Paul's Church, Athlone followed by burial in Cornamagh Cemetery.
