O'SHAUGHNESSY, Charles J (Charlie) (Foxrock, Dublin 18) August 29, 2018, (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne. Surrounded by his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at The Mater Private Hospital. Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by his devoted and loving wife Kate, sons Leo and Ryan, son-in-law Mark, daughter-in-law Siobhán, his adored grandchildren Ellie and Jack, sister Mary (Nash), brother Dermot, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and a wide circle of friends. May he Rest in Peace Charlie will repose at home for a gathering of family and friends on Friday evening from 4pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass will take place in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock at 10am tomorrow (Saturday) followed by cremation at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society. www.cancer.ie
