TOOMEY, John (Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and formerly of High School, Rathgar and Education Dept., UCD) - April 14, 2024. Peacefully at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Elm Park, following a long illness bravely borne. Loving husband of Mary, adored father of Jane, Louise and Peter, amazing grandfather to Ava, Hugh, Leo, Sam, Hannah, Henry, Lily and Nina and father-in-law to Padraig, Keith and Philippa. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, cousins and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at his residence on (Thursday) evening, April 18, from 4 pm to 6 pm. House private at all other times please. Funeral Mass on Friday morning, April 19 at 11 am, at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, D04 HW82, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
