FORDE (St. Mary's Terrace, Arklow and formerly of Tuam, Co Galway) - February 28, 2015, (peacefully), at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Sally, sister of the late Dermot, Chrissie and Bill and twin sister of the late Kathleen; deeply regretted by her sorrowing sister-in-law, nephews, neighbours and many friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Sweeney's Funeral Home from 4 o'clock until 7 o'clock today (Tuesday). Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 9.40 to St.'s Mary & Peter's Church arriving for Mass at 10 o'clock followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers by request.
