MEADE, Jonathan (Donnybrook, Dublin 4) - September 29, 2021 (peacefully) at St Vincent’s University Hospital surrounded by his family. Dearly beloved husband of Clare, son of Denise and the late Patrick Meade, brother of Patrick, Susan and Felim. He will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law Jennifer, Siobhan and Ananda, brothers in law, Christopher, Johnny, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of dear friends. His family would like to thank sincerely the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital for the wonderful professional care they provided for Jonathan. May He Rest in Peace. A Funeral service will take place at 10am on Thursday October 7th at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
