BURKE - Father Edward (Giles) OFM, Father Edward’s sisters Marie and Agnes, his nephews Breen and Eamon Cassidy and their families wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their bereavement. We thank those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters and internet messages; those who attended the mass and burial; the Principal and staff of the Franciscan College Gormanston; the many past pupils of Gormanston College; Father Richard Sheehy, P.P. Glasnevin and friends. The family thank most gratefully the staff of Beechfield Manor for their loving care of Father Edward during the last months of his life and the Franciscan friars for their support and sympathy.
