O'CONNELL Tom (died April 29, 2012). On this his birthday, Tom's wife Pauline, his loving family Helen, Donal, Johnny, Caroline, TC, Shane, Bryan and Sinead, daughter's-in-law Niamh and Orla together with his grandchildren Shauna, Lianna, Ciara, Ronan, Sarah and Melissa would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all his extended family, colleagues and many, many friends who recalled memories of Tom's unique sense of humor and fun throughout the years. Thank you to Bobo for his friendship and continuous support. A special thank you to Fe and her tireless team at Beacon Renal under the guidance of Dr. George Mellotte. Also the medical, nursing and care staff on St. Catherine's Ward, Our Ladies Hospice, Harolds Cross who looked after Tom with such dignity and loving care during his last week.
