FALLON, Cecil (Ret. Capt.) (Sutton, Dublin 13) - 23rd April, 2022, (peacefully), in the kind and gentle care of the doctors and staff of the Bon Secours Hospital, Glasnevin. Beloved husband of Joan and loving father of Louise, Paul and the late Philip. He will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son, grandchildren Megan, Olivia, Laura, Daniel, Conor and Josh, daughter-in-law Fiona, brother Eddie, sister Maureen, his extended family, neighbours, former colleagues in the F.C.A. and Independent Newspapers and his many great friends. There will be gathering of family and friends at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand this (Monday 25th April) from 4 o’clock to 6 o’clock. Cecil’s Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Tuesday 26th April) at 10 o’clock in St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton and he will be laid to rest thereafter in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton. For those who wish to view the Funeral Mass online, they may do so by searching for the St. Fintan's Church, Sutton - Webcam. House private and family flowers only, by request. Donations, in memory of Cecil, can be made to the LauraLynn Foundation. ‘May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace’
