CUSACK (née Delahunty) Ursula, (Ashford, Co. Wicklow) - September 27, 2014, peacefully at St. Vincent's University Hospital. Beloved wife of Andy and dear mother of Andrea and Paul. Sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral Service at 3.30pm tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, D6W. No flowers please, donations, if desired to St. Joseph's Centre, Crinken Lane, Shankill.
